• If you purchased the resources from our website and changed your mind prior to delivering the resources, you are entitled to a full refund. Please email us on info@vetresources.com.au.
• If the resources have been delivered to you through email, google or dropbox link or shipped, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund you. 
• Please refer to our “Quality Assurance” if you are not satisfied with the product.
